Contents of the Online Service

The Academy’s project Jahresberichte für deutsche Geschichte (referred to in the following as ‘author’) does not accept responsibility for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness or quality of the provided information.

Legal claims against the author regarding material or ideal injuries caused by the use or non-use of the provided information are precluded unless the author has evidentially committed a tort of negligence.

The author reserves the right to change, augment or delete the online contents in part or on the whole without prior notice and to temporarily of permanently discontinue publication.

References and Links

In regard to direct or indirect references to other websites (links) that are outside the author’s sphere of responsibility, the author can only be held liable if he is aware of the contents of the website in question and if it is technically viable and reasonable for the author to prevent access to the website in case it displays illegal contents.

The author therefore declares that at the time of the link’s establishment, the website in question was free of illegal contents.

The author has no influence on the current and future designs and contents of linked websites.

Hence the author explicitly distances himself from all contents of linked websites that were changed after the link’s establishment.
